Publications

ISF report is the Institute's own report series. The reports render final results from different research projects, and are published from all of the Institute's research areas. The first issue of ISF report was published in 1979, with an average at about 10 report per year. All reports published in 2000 and later are downloadable (PDF format). It is also possible to order prited versions.

The researchers at Institute for social research annually produces books that are published by Norwegian and international publishers. In addition, the Institute cooperates with Unipax publishing on the Thesis series, doctoral theses in book format.

The Institute considers articles in referee journals and books from acknowledged publishers as the most important channels for scientific publishing. Thus, a large share of the Institute's production is published in Norwegian and international books and journals.

ISF papers is a collective term for articles, papers and lectures by the researchers at ISF. Many of these are later to appear as articles in books and journals.

Next to the Institutes own reports, ISF contributes to a number of other report serie. These can be found in this collection.

Researchers at ISF are also contributing to a wide range of report series at external institutions. These reports are presented here.
