Phd. in economics from the Department of Economics, University of Oslo (2003).

My doctoral thesis was an analysis of the relationship between firms' wage and compensation policies and worker turnover.

I am currently working on projects analysing i) the impacts of new work practices and compensation policies on firm performance and ii) the importance of firms and firm strategies for workforce sickness absence.
