Fields of interest: Party organizations, elections, local politics, indigenous politics. Cand. polit. 1992, dr. polit. 2000 (political science, University of Oslo). Senior researcher at the Institute for Social Research since 1999. Adjunct researcher at the Sámi University College, Kautokeino, 2009-2011. Co-editor of 'Tidsskrift for samfunnsforskning' (2005-2010). Earlier, he has worked as a research fellow at the Department of Political Science, University of Oslo (1994-99), a visiting scholar at the Department of Scandinavian Studies, University of Washington, Seattle, USA (spring 1998) and a research assistant at the National Institute for Alcohol and Drug Research (1993-94). |
