Throughout the 1990s Norwegians had more knowledge on, but were also more sceptical towards bio thechnology than other Europeans. This according to three extensive and much disputed Euobarometer surveys from 1993, 1996 and 1999.
This paper provides a first presentation of the more complex picture delineated in the 2002 Eurobarometer survey. 15 figures with short comments presents findings from this survey.
