The agenda at the 2009 election was dominated by education, climate/environment, health, care for the elderly, taxes and immigration. Environmental issues have not been so high on the agenda since 1989, while immigration never has been as high as in 2009. I the last period almost half of the voters changed their mind as to which party owned the various issues. Analyses show that it is important for parties to own more than one issue.
