About ISF / Projects
Projects
There are at any given time approximately 100 active projects at the Institute for Social Research. Most of these projects are grouped within five main research fields. The five research fields are:
- Work and Welfare
- Equality, Inclusion, Migration
- Politics, Democracy, Civil society
The researchers at ISF are cooperating at a substantial number of the projects. ISF wants to maintain a reasonable balance between integration of single projects into major research programmes on one hand, and an openness towards projects that explores research questions which strays from the established framework on the other. Thus, the research at ISF also comprises projects that are diffucult to place within any of the five research fields.
