Annual report 2007

Academically, 2007 proved a successful year for the Institute. The annual report shows that there where 65 ongoing research projects at the institute in 2007, and the publication rate was high.

The Institute’s scientific staff were involved in the publication of 10 books as authors, co-authors and editors; 70 articles were printed in various international and national journals and the specialist literature; and 12 reports were issued in conjunction with the Institute’s in-house publications. Two PhD theses were completed.

Research at the Institute is increasingly international. We are involved in international project partnerships, researchers spend time at foreign-based institutions, we publish in international journals and are members of research networks.
